Glad to have everyone with us this morning. We are fortunate to have Steve Holladay with us this morning. As I write this I’m confident that his messages have been a blessing to all those in attendance over the weekend and am equally confident that his message to us today will bless all of you.
Last Sunday I talked about starting each day off determined to live out God’s will for our lives. Perhaps that takes the form of a prayer, mediation, song, or reading. As I suggested that I was reminded of a morning prayer that might be suitable for all of us. It goes like this:
Dear Lord,
So far today Lord, I've done alright. I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper, haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, nor over-indulgent. And I'm very thankful to you for that. But..........In a few minutes, Lord, I'm probably going to need a lot more help because I'm going to get out of bed!!!!!
Living a life Being Jesus is a challenge but we are promised that by the power of the Holy Spirit we can do it. It’s a joy to see all of you accepting that challenge and being the salt and light of the world we live in. As a group we can have a tremendous effect on our community.

A great opportunity to get away from it all and spend time in deeper fellowship and communion with sisters in Christ and the God we all love.
Missions Sunday
March 28
A time to focus on our work around the world and an opportunity to give to the financial needs of our missions ministry. Samuel and Elania Solis Reyna from our Monterrey mission point will be here. Our goal this year is $60,000. I pray that you are prayerfully considering how you can contribute to this important effort of spreading the word around the world. God has done great things through your generosity in the past and will continue to do so in the future!
Two Services Planned for Easter Sunday
To accommodate our typically larger crowd on Easter Sunday we are planning on having two services that Sunday, April 4. Parking is the primary issue until our new building is completed. We will have one service at 8:00 am and another at 10:00 am. Bible classes will be suspended that Sunday to allow a manageable flow of traffic between services.
