 Welcome to all our new members at Park Avenue. We are overjoyed to have you a part of this family of believers and look forward to getting to know you better. What a joy it is to work and worship as one.
With every new member comes a host of talents and gifts to put to work for God's glory, and we encourage everyone to use their gifts. The Bible compares the church to a body where every member contributes to its health and well-being.
Below you will find a link to our New Member Survey form. Carefully look it over and complete it to let us know where your talents are. The last page is for us to gather some personal information from you so we can keep in touch with you.
