Tuesday, September 14th, I will pick up Middle Schoolers from B.McDaniel Middle School and take them to Braum’s. We’ll enjoy ice cream, sodas and fellowship. Parents can pick their Middle Schoolers up from Braum’s at 4:30.

WORD UP
Word Up Resumes
Tomorrow evening, we will resume our Monday night Bible Study for High Schoolers at 7pm at the Encalade’s. If you have not been a part of Word Up in the past, I want to encourage you to try to keep your Monday evenings free this fall. Word Up is a great place to invite friends. It is less formal than worship service or class and perhaps more comfortable. I hope you will join us this fall for Word Up on Monday nights.

MIDDLE SCHOOL BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY
Middle School Back to School Party Aug 28th
Next Saturday night, from 5:30 - 9pm, all Middle Schoolers are invited to the home of Barry and Jennifer Chapman (709 Holiday, Sherman). We will have swimming and games along with some Pizza and some thoughts from the first few days back in school. Please join us and bring $3 for Pizza, an appropriate swim suit, a towel and maybe a friend. It will be good to get together and fellowship and celebrate what God has done through our Youth Group this summer, as well as what He can continue to do through our group this fall.

Our High Schoolers will be meeting at 6pm at the Trotter’s house (2803 Venture Cir, Denison) this evening for our small group study. All 9th graders - 2010 Graduates are encouraged to join us.

PRAYER LUNCH
Prayer Lunch
Tomorrow, August 2nd, we will meet at the building at noon for our weekly prayer lunch. Bring your food and plan to hang around until 2pm. Join us!

HIGH SCHOOL LOCK IN
Thursday Night, August 5th (and Friday morning August 6th) will be our HS Lock In. We will have a trip to the Main Event in Allen, along with games, a devotional, a movie and more at the building. The cost for the night is $25 and the sign up sheet is in the High School Room. This is a great event to invite friends (especially unchurched friends) to and help them become comfortable with our group and what we do.

YOUTH SMALL GROUPS
High School small group will meet at the building at 1:30 PM this afternoon and we will take the church bus to the Landrum’s for a day on the lake. Please bring appropriate swimwear and a towel. The Middle Schoolers will be meeting at the Kirkbride’s @ 6.00PM tonight.

MIDDLE SCHOOL LOCK IN
MS Lock In
This Wednesday night all Middle Schoolers are invited to a lock in immediately after Inner Mission. We will go bowl for a couple of hours and return to the building for the rest of the night. Sign up in the Youth Room and see Cody for an information letter. We hope you’ll join us for an awesome night and bring a friend!
Also, parents, additional sponsors and drivers are needed to pull this event off. If you are interested or willing to help, please see Cody this morning.

ZENITH CAMPERS
Zenith Campers:
The big day is here for our High Schoolers. We will be leaving for Oklahoma Christian University immediately after morning worship. If you’re headed to camp, we ask that you change clothes quickly and load your bag on the bus. We’ll try to pull out before noon. Mark Ewig is driving the bus and he’ll stop by a fast food restaurant on the way out of town… so please keep your money handy. Parents, we’ll return on Friday around 4pm. Please keep our High School campers in your prayers this week. Our theme is Ignite, and it is my prayer that God will ignite within each of us a desire to love and live for Him more.
